The assignment for my dimensional illustration class was to create a piece with my first initial (M) and a narrative which describes my personality.
Obviously I chose an underwater scene with an octopus.
To me the octopus has always been a very complex animal, the ability to do so much at once, seemingly so gentile in it's movements, but at the same time lethal.
The curves and shapes it creates are something i love to look at and recreate.
